To access certain Content or services offered through the Platform, you may be required to register by providing information such as your name, email address, mobile number, or other details.You represent and warrant that:

• The information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
• You will keep your account information updated.
• You will not impersonate another person or provide false information.
• You are legally competent to enter into this Agreement.

Upon successful registration or purchase, Arthshala grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.You may not:

2. Record or reproduce live classes without written permission.
3. Share your account, login credentials, or course access with another person.
4. Sell, sublicense, rent, transfer, or commercially exploit the Content.
5. Upload Arthshala Content to Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, websites, cloud storage, or any other third-party platform.
6. Create derivative works from Arthshala's proprietary Content without written permission.
7. Remove copyright, trademark, watermark, or other proprietary notices.
8. Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any access-control or security mechanism.
9. Mirror or reproduce Arthshala's Content on another server or platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.Your account and course access are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.If Arthshala reasonably believes that an account is being shared, misused, accessed by unauthorized persons, or involved in fraudulent activity, Arthshala may suspend or terminate access to the account and/or Content.You must immediately notify Arthshala if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

The Platform may provide discussion forums, comment sections, communities, or other communication features (“Public Forums”).Participation in such forums is voluntary.If you submit any Learner Content, you represent that:

• Logos and trademarks
• Course materials

• PDFs and notes
• Presentations
• Graphics and illustrations
• Text and written materials
• Assessments and question banks
• Learning methodologies and proprietary frameworks
• Software and technology
• Audio-visual materials

If you provide suggestions, comments, ideas, questions, reviews, or other feedback relating to Arthshala, the Platform, or its Content (“Feedback”), you grant Arthshala a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for lawful business purposes.You will not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights in Arthshala's Platform or Content merely because your Feedback is incorporated into them.

Certain Content or services available on the Platform may require payment of a fee (“Course Fee” or “Content Fee”).The applicable price will be displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. • The Platform will meet every individual learner's expectations or requirements.
• Any particular educational, examination, career, financial, investment, or other outcome will be achieved through the use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arthshala and its officers, directors, employees, educators, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content.This includes, without limitation, losses relating to data, profits, business opportunities, investments, or business interruption.Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law.
